Maximize Value
We can help you optimize your home value and make the most of your renovation or build. Our principal is a top real estate broker and can provide candid advice on what makes the most sense for your goals.

Design Review Services
We analyze your plans to optimize cost, turnaround time, and functionality. If you don't have plans, we can provide a Design Review Service to create them. You are free to take these plans to any general contractor for pricing.

Pricing
We provide a fixed management fee and competitive subcontractor estimates. We align our incentives with homeowners to complete construction as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. We also offer developer pricing from both online and local vendors for all finish selections.

Construction Progress Updates
We provide weekly project updates through a web portal that tracks costs, progress, and upcoming work. You'll always know the status of your project.

Delivery of your home
We provide accurate timing estimates and our fees are based on the estimated project length. We are incentivized to finish your home as soon as possible because we don't receive full payment until it's complete.

Peace of Mind
At Owner’s Logic, peace of mind starts with our commitment to quality home construction and using sub-contractors that we have worked with for years. If there are any issues with a home we ensure that our team makes things right, and our continuing relationship with our subcontractors ensures that they will be fixed.
Who would benefit from hiring Owner’s Logic
Our typical client owns a home in the Peninsula Bay Area who is looking to build, expand, or add an ADU to their existing home. As are fees are based on price per square foot, any planned expansion less than a certain size may not make financial sense for both the owner and our team. Due to our model, we typically do not take on superficial kitchen or bath remodeling or jobs without permits.
